Our Farm

YARRAN THOROUGHBREDS is a 600 acre property located on the prestigious Northwood Road in Northwood, Victoria.

With kilometres of frontage to the Goulburn River, the property encompasses magnificent river flat grazing paddocks as well as large undulating pastures, all safely fenced for horses.

Our purpose built facilities include two 10-box stable complexes,  2 vet crushes and floodlit foaling paddocks. Our safe loading ramps and close proximity to many of Victorias major stud farms make walking out mares a simple and stress free experience.

Your inspection of Yarran Thoroughbreds is always welcome and we encourage our clients to visit their horses at any time, all we ask is that you call us first to confirm.

UPDATE: Yarran Thoroughbreds has purchased an additional 1000 acres directly adjoing our exisitng property. Work is currently underway to develop this land into a safe, well presented horse property inline with the original Yarran Thoroughbreds. Fencing work has begun and implement sheds are being erected while plans are also underway for accomodation and stable barns. Watch this space!
